Nut Macaroons
Ingredients
2 eggs
3 cups finely ground pecans or walnuts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Beat eggs, salt and vanilla until fluffy, beating in sugar gradually.
Add nuts.
Drop by small teaspoonful onto well greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 minutes at 325°.
Makes 5 dozen.
