Scotch Shortbread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Blend the above ingredients together.
  • Pat into ungreased 9×9 pan.  Pierce with fork through every 1/2″.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°.
  • Cut into squares.
