Healthy Cookies
Ingredients
3/4 cup melted honey
3/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs
4-6 mashed bananas
3 cups whole wheat pastry flour
3 cups rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Mix together the honey, butter, eggs and mashed bananas.
In a separate bowl combine the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and walnuts.
Add dry mixture to wet mixture and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet and bake at 350* for 10-14 minutes. Makes 7 dozen.
