Nut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups finely ground pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  • Beat eggs, salt and vanilla until fluffy, beating in sugar gradually.
  • Add nuts.
  • Drop by small teaspoonful onto well greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 10 minutes at 325°.
  • Makes 5 dozen.
